The History Channel extends beyond the television screen and takes history to the classroom with a comprehensive and unique education program.

Guided by the Australian History Teacher's Association, this program provides the tools to assist in teaching history in the classroom, whilst making it interesting, engaging and easy to understand.

Programming is carefully selected from a range of history subjects to complement the school's curriculum and played in a special Education timeslot. Teacher's Guides, listed accompany each programme.

The History Channel's Education program is available through local platform providers AUSTAR (132 432) and FOXTEL (1300 361 451).
