Guided by the Australian History Teacher's Association, these history resources for teachers provide the tools to assist in teaching history in the classroom, whilst making it interesting, engaging and easy to understand.
Programming is carefully selected from a range of history subjects to complement the school's curriculum and played in a special Education timeslot. Teacher's Guides – our history teaching lesson plans – accompany each programme.
The History Channel's Education program is available through FOXTEL (1300 361 451). For more information please contact us.
There is a world of history on our doorstep so why not take the time to explore the history in your area and visit some of Australia and New Zealand's best museums and historic exhibitions.
If you would like details of an exhibition listed on The History Channel website, feel free to send us the details for consideration.
